Dan wrote and directed Devotion a short film shot in 10 hours.
A room in a house that’s a mausoleum, a husband and wife who have forgotten each other, a game they should not play.
‘I’ve found somebody.
Who is she?
Why don’t you show me?
I show her.
I’m completely devoted to my family.’
Devotion is a psychological thriller that wants to share the space where Lynch overlaps with Pinter, at a house party hosted by Hitchcock. Dan get’s in with a ticket kindly given by Philip Ridley. Like all good parties, he learns a lot.
It is now in post production, with a projected finish date July 2015.
